It was very nice of you to send the pictures of our family home after the remodeling process. When my mother passed away and my brother, sister and I were confronted with trying to sell the home with a real estate agent or sell the home to Gregory Blvd. Investments LLC it was a difficult decision. With my sister living in Arizona, me in Alaska and my brother the only local resident to manage the affairs it was decided to sell the property to your company. “Our 84 yr old mother became very ill and passed away within two months. We were left with many stressful decisions along with the grief of losing our mother. When trying to decide what to do with her house we assessed our options. We could sell it to an investor or sell it ourselves. We reviewed the cost to sell it ourselves and realized we would need to put several thousand in to the property just to get it ready to qualify for an FHA loan. We would also have the added monthly holding costs until it was sold (approx $600 a mo.) and since we would also need to list with a Realtor we would have their commission fees once sold.
